Shipping Policy
Made-to-Order Production
Every ForTheCookout tee is printed on demand just for you — we don't keep pre-made stock sitting on a shelf. That means your shirt goes into production as soon as your order is placed.
Production Time: 2–5 business days Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (varies by location) Total Estimated Delivery: 5–12 business days from order date
Production and shipping times may run longer during peak periods (holidays, product drops, viral moments — we see you 👀) and will be noted on the site if delays are expected.
Order Tracking
Once your shirt ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive that email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Because each item is custom-printed and shipped quickly, we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you catch a mistake, email us within 2 hours of placing your order at [info@forthecookout.com] and we'll do our best to fix it before production starts.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ForTheCookout is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after tracking confirms delivery to the provided address. If your tracking shows a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly, and reach out to us at [insert email] so we can help however we can.
Return & Refund Policy
Because every item is custom printed specifically for you when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or "changed my mind." Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
What We DO Cover
We stand behind the quality of every shirt. You're eligible for a free replacement or full refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective (print errors, holes, stains, etc.)
- You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error
- Your order never arrives and tracking confirms it was lost in transit
How to Request a Replacement or Refund

- Include your order number
- Include a clear photo of the issue (defect, wrong item, damaged packaging, etc.)
Once approved, we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method — your choice. Replacements follow the same production and shipping timelines as original orders.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Buyer's remorse or sizing regret (please check our size chart before ordering!)
- Minor variations in print placement or color due to the print-on-demand process
- Orders delayed by carrier issues once tracking shows the package left our facility
